This is a liner pant to be worn under your armor. Great condition. Too big for me. Spring Branch area.

can you give me some estimate of waist and length please?

The waist has elastic and it ranges from about 32 to 42 inches.
The length from the back of the waist (which is a bit higher than the front) to the bottom of the leg is 46.5" and the length from the bottom of the crotch to the bottom of the leg is about 30.5".
