It took me a while to find the right part number for my Vario panniers (pn 77419899409), and I ordered by mistake from aliexpress a set of key cylinders for the aluminum paniers https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805330695848.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.11.537e180 .
Unfortunately those didin't work for the plastic Vario panniers (the cylinder rotates the opposite direction - I needed pn 51257698202).
Moreover my Vario panniers came with lock cylinders for the non-keyless version of my bike (I believe it is the same key as a g310gs which was the standard key before 2021 for F series - pn 77498404528).
I would like to get rid of the 51257698202 and the aliexpress cylinders. Let me know if anyone needs them!
