This is a "micro-wire" (the best type) electric jacket liner made by Gerbing. Used a few times, but in excellent condition. It works fine; we just decided that any day that needs heated gear is a day we don't need to ride.
It is size S-R which fits an average size woman or small man. Includes a dual controller and the wiring harness to connect to the battery terminals on an R1200GS or other bike with accessible battery terminals.
Retails for around $250 for jacket and $60 for controller. Will sell for $125.
