Hi John,
In no particular order:
- Traverse City - Cherry Festival in July, cherry picking, wineries in the area (Leelenau Peninsula and general area of Traverse City)
- Sleeping Bear Dunes
- Charlevoix and Petosky on the drive to/from Mackinaw City to Traverse City on Hwy 31
- Bridge View park on Upper Peninsula

I am planning a trip to Michigan this summer for 8 non-motorcyclers. We want to visit Mackinac Island, and probably stay in that general vicinity of the state. If anyone has any suggestions on what to see and do up there, I would appreciate it.
