2013 R1200RT fuel quick disconnect
Author Last Post

Just changed them on my 2012 GSA about 2 months ago. Went w the kit from Beemer Boneyard & was an easy project. Very fast delivery on the package also just using their standard shipping.

Talmadge Wright

Euro Motorelectrica has them also. But they're almost twice the price of Beemer Boneyard.

Spelled fuel, noted gasoline residual on the left side of fairing, and pulled fairing.  Do have fuel leak from the OEM plastic disconnect and need to replace.  YouTube has a five minute video and it appears easy as pie.  Already pulled disconnect and male fitting in the tank.

Question: Has anyone done this and did you order the metal quick disconnect from BeemerBoneyard?  Remember about ten years ago installing quick disconnects on my R1150RT fuel lines and purchased from another Internet vendor but have no memory of who it was.  I do like BeemberBoneyard but do like a choice of vendors.

The quick disconnect is the part with the numbers on top in the attached picture.

Thank you,
Nathan Margolis
