Thanks for posting. We missed you on the ride. The weather was great, all the way up to lunchtime, when we had our own personal line of thunderstorms hover over Conroe. I only got a little bit wet on the way back. Well worth it, to finally get my strawberry-rhubarb pie.

Regarding your trouble in cancelling your registration, it's a good thing that you're a member, because I don't know how non-members can do it yet. Anyway, here is what you do as a member:

1. Log into the bmwclubofhouston.com website from the link in the upper right corner of the home page.
2. Hover over the white arrow on a black dot to the right of your name, and click on Profile.
3. In the Financial/Historical Data section of your Member Profile, click on Event History.
4. Click on the garbage can icon to the right of the event that you want to drop. Click OK on the confirmation that pops up, and that should do it.

I agree, not nearly as slick as Meetup, but after a while people will become familiar and more comfortable with it (fingers crossed). Especially if we can get some of this basic information out there.

Definitely no were near as slick as Meetup...cannot find a way to drop from the participant list. 

Will not be on the ride...me or my other self on the list.

Here is where you can post comments and photos about this ride (as attachments). Not as slick as Meetup, but it will do fine, once we get used to it.  I have attached the GPX file and a map, just so you can see how it works.
