Join the BMW Motorcycle Club of Houston at the 47th South Central BMW Owners Reunion, Friday Nov. 3 – Sunday Nov. 5, 2017 at Oak Thicket Park on Lake Fayette (4819 W. State Highway 159, Fayetteville, TX 78940). Enjoy guided rides, social events, entertainment, and meals, all in a pleasant lakeside park. REGISTER NOW for the 47th South Central BMW Owners Reunion. Full event $35 online, $40 onsite. Saturday only: $20. The Club has already booked all the campsites and RV sites in the park, so you will be assured of a camping spot (through the Club). PLEASE DO NOT MAKE CAMPSITE OR RV RESERVATIONS (for the rally nights of Friday and Saturday) THROUGH THE PARK WEBSITE! The BMW Club will allocate sites when you make your rally reservation with us.
If you don’t want to camp, there are a limited number of cabins and screened shelters available. The cabins and shelters are not being held by the Club, and you can reserve one on the Reserve America. They book up fast, so if you need a cabin or screened shelter, make your reservation soon. Other area accommodations include convenient B&B’s in Fayetteville (5 miles) and motels in La Grange (15 miles). Can’t stay overnight? The park is an easy 1 1/2 to 2 hour ride west of Houston.
For nearly fifty years, the Houston BMW Motorcycle Club has organized and presented the South Central BMW Owners Reunion. We now hold this weekend event at Oak Thicket Park , Fayetteville, TX, in late October or early November. Enjoy guided road rides, social events, Texas cooking, awards, and great fellowship. All in a pleasant wooded lakeside park, with hiking and fishing opportunities as well.
